The Required setting for the Training Type sets the Training as Required at the Level you have selected. This overwrites the Training Type setting from the Level above and becomes the Default setting for the Level(s) below.
Note: Required Trainings will show up in Available Training for Employees, and send email reminders when the Training is due. Training will re-occur on a scheduled basis.
