In the Training Settings Administration Section, you can use Content Approval to lock the training while it is being developed (this is the default setting). To approve the content for training, select the Edit Icon 
on the right.
This will open the Training Administration: Approve Module For Use window. Enter a Username, Password, and select the Save Button 
.
The Content has now been Approved.
