The Pass/Fail With Trainer Review setting is only available if the Grade Semi-Automatically Test Grading Method is chosen.
To set the Pass / Fail with Trainer Review, select the Edit Icon 
or the underlined Percentage next to the Edit Icon.
This will open the Minimum Passing Grade window. Enter the Min. Passing Grade percentage and select the Save Button 
.
The Pass/Fail with Trainer Review percentage is now set.
