The Automatic Pass Level setting is only available if the Grade Semi-Automatically Test Grading Method is chosen.
To set the Automatic Pass Level, select the Edit Icon 
or the underlined Percentage next to the Edit Icon.
This will open the Automatic Passing Grade window. Enter the Automatic Pass Level, percentage, then select the Save Button 
.
The Automatic Pass Level is now set.
