To set the Minimum Passing Grade, select the Edit Icon 
or the underlined Percentage next to the Edit Icon.
This will open the Minimum Passing Grade window. Enter the Min. Passing Grade percentage, then select the Save Button 
.
The Minimum Passing Grade is now set.
