Copy Existing Checklist
You can use the Copy Existing Checklist feature to copy an existing What-if/Checklist from one PHA to another. If you have the necessary permissions, you can also copy a What-if/Checklist from one Plant to another.
When copying a What-if/Checklist, it will include the following fields by default:
• Group (What-If/Checklist)
• Question (What-If/Checklist)
• Scenario
• Consequences/Hazards
You also have the option to include these additional fields:
• Before Risk Ranking
• After Risk Ranking
• Recommendation Filters
• Controls
• Comments
• Recommendations
• Actions
• Assigned To
• Due Date
• Status*
• Completed Date*
• Attachments
*Risk Rankings are available if the Source and Destination are using the same Risk Matrix
**Recommendation Filters are available to select if the Source and Destination are within the same Company (and they exist)
***The Status and Completed Date fields are linked — if you select or de-select one, it will select or de-select the other one as well
To copy an existing PHA Checklist, navigate to the What-if/Checklists Library and select the PHA you want to copy a Checklist to.
Select the Copy Existing Checklist Button on the left-hand side.
Select a Source Plant with the What-if/Checklist you want to copy and select the Next Button .
Select the PHA(s) you want to copy Checklist(s) from, then select the specific Checklists and fields you want to include, and select the Copy Button .
The Checklists are then copied to the Destination's PHA.
