Add Checklist
To add a Checklist to a What-if/Checklist PHA, select the Add Checklist Button .
This will open the Add/Edit Checklist window. Give the Checklist a Title, the date this Checklist was reviewed during the PHA, enter the Process, select the Team Leader/Secretary, list the Team Members, and select a Reference P&ID (if applicable). Then select the Save Button .
The list of Checklists refreshes and shows the added Checklist.
