To edit a What-If/Checklist select the Edit Icon 
to the right of the What-If/Checklist Title.
This will open the Edit What-If/Checklist Overview window. Edit the Fields as needed and select the Save Button 
. You can't update the Risk Ranking Template.
Note: If you are using a Checklist and you upload a file it will replace the Checklist.
