The Inspection Template Field is set when you add a new PHA What-If/Checklist.
Note: This is the only place you can select the Inspection Template Field. To change you will need to contact Support
Inspection Template Fields are used in PHA questions to discern Frequency and Criticality of Hazards.
You may only have the System Default Template as an option. If you need a different Risk Ranking Template, contact Support to assist with this request.
