Copy What-if/Checklist PHA

The Copy PHA feature allows you to copy a What-if/Checklist PHA within a given plant and includes the following fields by default:

• Group (What-If/Checklist)

• Question (What-If/Checklist)

• Scenario

• Consequences/Hazards

You also have the option to include these additional fields:

• Before Risk Ranking

• After Risk Ranking

• Recommendation Filters

• Controls

• Comments

• Recommendations

• Actions

• Assigned To

• Due Date

• Status*

• Completed Date*

• Attachments

*The Status and Completed Date fields are linked — if you select or de-select one, it will select or de-select the other one as well.

To copy a What-if/Checklist PHA within a given plant, navigate to the What-if/Checklists Library and select the Copy Button to the right of the Checklist you want to copy.

Select any additional fields you want to include and select the Copy Button .

After you select the Copy Button , the What-if/Checklist PHA (including the title) is copied.
