Scorecard - Compliance Audits Open Action Item Summary

The Compliance Audits Summary gives the Score details along with the number of Open, Overdue, Unassigned, and Unscheduled counts. To access the Summary details select Compliance Audits in the Element/Category column.

Audit ID	The Audit ID
Audit Title	The Audit Title

Audit Team	The members of the Audit Team
Date Last Modified	The date the Audit was last modified
Plant/Location	The Plant Location of the specified Audit
Edit	Select the Edit Icon to access the Compliance Audits page

View	Select the View Icon the My Assigned Tasks page
Task ID	The Task ID
Audit Title	The Audit Title
Audit Item/Task Title	The Audit Item Task Title
Recommendation	The Recommendation to resolve the Task
Assigned To	The Individual or Group the Task is assigned to
Due Date	The date the Task is due
% Complete	The percentage of the Task that has been completed
Plant/Location	The Plant Location of the specified Task
Edit	Select the Edit Icon to access the Compliance Audits page

View	Select the View Icon to view the Audit Checklists page
Task ID	The Task ID
Audit Question / Task Title	The Audit Question Task Title
Recommendation	The Recommendation to resolve the Task
