Scorecard - PSI Open Action Item Summary

The Process Safety Information Summary lists the details for the Score along with the number of Open, Overdue, Unassigned, and Unscheduled counts. To access the Summary details, select Process Safety Information (PSI) in the Element/Category column.

This will open the PSI: Open Action Item Summary page. See PSI Open Action Item Summary Breakdown below for details.

Open PSI Tasks (MOC Review of Needs)	Lists the number of Open PSI Tasks from the MOC Review of Needs
Overdue PSI Tasks (MOC Review of Needs)	Lists the number of Overdue PSI Tasks from the MOC Review of Needs
Total Overdue PSI Action Items	The total number of Overdue PSI Action Items
Unassigned PSI Tasks (MOC Review of Needs)	The number of Unassigned PSI Tasks from the MOC Review of Needs
Unscheduled PSI Tasks (MOC Review of Needs)	The number of Unscheduled PSI Tasks from the MOC Review of Needs
Open PSI Tasks (Review of Needs)
View	Select the View Icon to view Management of Change Request page
Task ID	The ID automatically assigned to the Task
MOC ID	The MOC ID of the associated MOC
Recommendation	The Recommendation for resolving the Task
Assigned To	The Individual assigned the Task
Due Date	The date the Task is due
Plant/Location	The Plant Location for the specified Task
Edit	Select the Edit Icon to access the Task
Missing PSI Library Documents
View	Select the View Icon to view Management of Change Request page
PSI Item ID	The PSI Item ID for the missing PSI Library document
Required PSI Document	The required PSI Document that is missing
Description	A description of the missing PSI Library document
Plant/Location	The Plant Location for the missing PSI Library document
