The Pre-Startup Safety Review Summary gives the Score details along with the number of Open, Overdue, Unassigned, and Unscheduled counts. To access the Summary details select Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) in the Element/Category column.
This will open the PSSR: Open Action Item Summary page. See PSSR Open Action Item Summary Breakdown below for details.

| Location | The specified location for the PSSR |
| Scope of Work | The scope of work statement for the PSSR |
| Date Report Created | The date the PSSR Report was created |
| PSSR Leader | The Individual assigned to lead the PSSR |
| Contractor | The Contractor assigned to the PSSR (if applicable) |
| Plant/Location | The Plant Location for the specified PSSR |
