Scorecard - Incident Investigation (II) Open Action Item Summary

The Incident Investigation (II) Summary gives the Score details along with the number of Open, Overdue, Unassigned, and Unscheduled counts. To access the Summary details select Incident Investigation (II) in the Element/Category column.

Task ID	The Task ID
Investigation ID	The Incident Investigation ID
Investigation Title	The Incident Investigation Title
Recommendation	The II Recommendation
Assigned To	The Individual or Group assigned the II Recommendation
Due Date	The date the II Recommendation is due
Percent Complete	The percentage of the II Recommendation complete
Plantl/Location	The Plant Location for the II Recommendation
