Scorecard - MI Open Action Item Summary

The Mechanical Integrity (MI) Summary gives the Score details along with the number of Open, Overdue, Unassigned, and Unscheduled counts. To access the Summary details select Process Hazard Analysis in the Element/Category column.

Recommendation	The Recommendation for resolving the Task
Assigned To	The Individual or Group the assigned the Task
Due Date	The date the Task is due
% Complete	The percentage of the Task that is complete
Plant/Location	The Plant Location of the Task
Edit	Select the Edit Icon to access the MI Audit Item

View	Select the View Icon to view the My Assigned Tasks page
Task ID	The Task ID
Equipment Inspected	The Equipment inspected for the Inspection
Inspection Checklist/Task Title	The Inspection Checklist Task Title
Assigned To	The Individual or Group assigned the Task
Due Date	The date the Task is due
Percent Complete	The percentage of the Task that is complete
Plant/Location	The Plant Location of the Task
