To add a Chapter Appendix, select the Add Appendix Icon 
to the right of the Appendices header.
This will open the Add/Edit Chapter Appendix window. Enter an Appendix Title, an Appendix Sub-Title (optional), select a Link option, and select the Continue Button 
.
The Appendix is now added.
