When adding Appendices to a Chapter there are nine Link Options to choose from.

| Use online editor | Use online word processor to create the Appendix contents |
| Uploaded Document | Appendix is an external document that you upload. Word processor documents, spreadsheets and images will be converted automatically into a pdf |
| Upload New Document | Uploads a new document to the Appendix |
| Process Safety Information (PSI) Library | Appendix will be the PSI Library contents found under the compliance section |
| Safety Data Sheet Library | Appendix will be the SDS Library contents found under the compliance section |
| Equipment System Overview | Appendix will include the System Overview from the Equipment Information Manager and all the System Entire SOPs |
| Equipment Information | Includes all equipment information, specifications, SOPs, TOSs, etc. in a hierarchical format (other than System Entire information which can be included using the option above) |
| Piping and Information Diagram (P&ID) Library | Includes all available P&ID drawings converted into a pdf as landscape 8x11 pages |
| Forms Section | Includes all the files in the specified forms folder and allsub-folders beneath it |
