To edit an Equipment SOP Coversheet select the Edit Icon 
in the top right corner when viewing an Equipment SOP
This will open the Edit Coversheet Information window. Make edits to the Fields below and select the Save Button 
.
The SOP Overview will refresh and display the updated Coversheet.
