There is a Coversheet section located under each Procedure Task. The Equipment SOP Tasks Coversheet allows you to add information that pertains to the specific Task.

| Purpose | The Purpose of the Task. |
| Concerns/Hazards | List any Concerns or Hazards related to the SOP. |
| Equipment Needed | Equipment needed for performing the Task. |
| Related Documents | Any Related Documents can be listed here. |
| Operators/Responsibility | Responsibilities of the Operator performing the Task. |
| Protective Apparel | Protective Apparel needed for the Task. |
| Required Training | The training required to perform this Task. |
| Last Revision By | The person who made the last Revision. |
| Revision Date | The most recent Revision Date (if it has been revised). |
