There are four Warnings given for Equipment SOPs. These Warnings appear below the Equipment Title in the SOP Coversheet.
The First Warning is

. This means you either have no Tasks or less than seven Tasks. Select the 
link to get the Warning details.
The second Warnings is 
. This means the SOP needs to be Reviewed and Certified.
The second Warning may also be 
. This means the SOP needs its Annual Certification.
The third Warning is 
. This means the SOP has changed and will need to be re-certified. This Warning shows up twice (one is a general Warning for the SOP and the second is for the number of tasks that have changed) in the Warnings area.
The fourth Warning is 
.This means the Coversheet Field for Concerns / Hazards is empty.
