MOC Actions
Through the process of an MOC you will need to Approve, Edit or Reject the different Steps. This is accomplished in the Actions box located in the top left hand corner of the MOC page.
Note: Actions are based on Group Membership. If you do not see an Action to perform, you do not belong to the group responsible for taking Action on that Step.
Depending on the step you are on, the options in the Action box will change. Here is a list of Actions you can perform.

Used to change the Type of Process Hazard Analysis |

Used to change the Type of Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) |

Used to setup and complete the Engineering Checklist |

Used to modify the Request of an MOC Step pending Approval |

Used to add/edit Reference Documents for an MOC; available on every step of the change request; also the only option available once an MOC has been completed |

Used to complete the Pre-startup Safety Review (PSSR) |

Used to assign the Engineering Checklist to a different Person or Contractor |
|
Used to Reject an MOC Step |
|
Used when a step has been rejected and you have updated the information to resubmit the change request |

Used to complete the Process Safety Questionnaire |
|
Used to setup the Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) |
|
Used to setup the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) |

Used to setup the Process Safety Questionnaire (PSQ) |

Used to Verify / Complete the change request |
