To edit a Risk Ranking Template in a Row select the Edit Field Icon 
in the top right corner of the Risk Ranking Template.
Make edits to the Fields you want to adjust and select the Continue Button 
.
The Form Builder refreshes with the updated Risk Ranking Template.
