To delete a Risk Ranking Template in a Row select the Delete Field Icon 
in the right corner of the Field.
Select the OK Button 
to delete the Risk Ranking Template.
The Form Template Builder Preview refreshes with the Risk Ranking Template removed.
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
