To Copy an Existing Technical Operating Specification select the Equipment you wish to copy to and then Select Technical Operating Specification (TOS) from the drop down located at the top of the left hand column.
Select the Copy Existing TOS Button 
located to in the Left side column.
This will open the Copy TOS window. Select the Plant 
with the Equipment you want to copy. Then select the Equipment 
with the TOS you want to copy and select the Continue Button 
.
The TOS you are copying to will now display the copied TOS information.
