When using the Create Online or Link To Existing options there are two grids that display on the TOS screen. The TOS Equipment Grid has four columns and the Instrumentation and Safety Systems Grid has five columns.

| Operating Limits | The minimum and maximum limits of the Equipment. |
| Consequences of Deviation | The consequences of going outside the Operating Limits. |
| Steps To Avoid and/or Correct Consequences of Deviation | The procedures to follow to prevent deviation, and corrective measures to take if deviation occurs. |

| Description | A description of the Type of Instrumentation and Safety System Item. |
| Item No. | The Item Number (if it has one). |
