To delete a Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), select the Delete PSSR Icon 
to the right of the PSSR you want to delete.
Confirm you want to delete the PSSR by selecting the OK Button 
.
The PSSR is now removed.
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
