MOC Types

There are three Management of Change Types: Replacement in Kind (RIK), Minor, and Major.

MOC Types Breakdown
moc Type description
Replacement in Kind Simple MOC that allows you to document the existing item and new item for replacement
Minor Full MOC except instead of a PHA it uses a Process Safety Questionnaire (PSQ)
Major Full MOC that includes a PHA
