II Reference Document Type - Upload File

To upload an Incident Investigation Reference Document, select Upload File from the Related Document Type field and then select the Choose File Button .

Browse to and select the file on your device, select the Open Button — If you want to include the Reference Document when printing the Incident Investigation, select the Include In Print checkbox — and select the Finish Button .
