To initiate a Hot Work Permit, select the Online Form Button 
on the left from the Hot Work Permit Grid.
This opens the Add/Edit Hot Work Permit window. Fill out the needed information and select the Save Button 
. Once the Hot Work Permit has been saved, it is available to view, update, and edit.
The Hot Work Permit Grid will now display the initiated Hot Work Permit.
