To delete a Hot Work Permit select the Delete Hot Work Permit Icon 
to the right of the Hot Work Permit you want to delete.
Confirm you want to delete the Hot Work Permit by selecting the OK Button 
.
The Hot Work Permit is now removed.
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
