Reference Link Types

When adding References to a Workorder, there are nine different Link Types to choose from.

link type	description
External Website	Links to a website.
Equipment	Links to a piece of Equipment and displays the Equipment Information.
Equipment Reference Document	Links to a Reference Document for a piece of equipment.
System Entire SOP	Links to a System Entire SOP.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)	Links to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for a piece of equipment.
Technical Operating Spec. (TOS)	Links to an Equipment's TOS information.
Uploaded File	Upload a file from your computer.
Online Inspection	Links to an Inspection Template that allows you to open and fill out an Inspection Form.
Online Form	Not available
