Copy Existing NoDe

You can use the Copy Existing Node feature to copy an existing Node from one PHA to another. If you have the necessary permissions, you can also copy a PHA Node from one Plant to another.

When copying a Node, it will include the following fields by default:

• Guideword

• Scenario

• Consequences/Hazards

You also have the option to include these additional fields:

• Before Risk Ranking

• After Risk Ranking

• Recommendation Filters

• Controls

• Comments

• Recommendations

• Actions

• Assigned To

• Due Date

• Status*

• Completed Date*

• Attachments

*Risk Rankings are available if the Source and Destination are using the same Risk Matrix

**Recommendation Filters are available to select if the Source and Destination are within the same Company (and they exist)

***The Status and Completed Date fields are linked — if you select or de-select one, it will select or de-select the other one as well

To copy an existing PHA Node, navigate to the HAZOP Studies Library and select the PHA you want to copy a Node to.

Select the Copy Existing Node Button on the left-hand side.

Select a Source Plant for the PHA with the Node you want to copy and select the Next Button .

Select the PHA(s) you want to copy Node(s) from, then select the specific Nodes and fields you want to include, and select the Copy Button .

The Nodes are then copied to the Destination's PHA.
