| Report Created By | The person who created the HAZOP PHA |

Select the View Icon to view the HAZOP PHA |
Edit Icon  |
Select the Edit Icon to edit the details of the HAZOP PHA |
Copy Icon  |
Select the Copy Icon to copy the HAZOP PHA |
Delete  |
Select the Delete Icon to delete the HAZOP PHA |
Notifications  |
Select the Notifications Icon to add, edit, or delete HAZOP PHA Notifications |
