Contractor Complete Engineering Checklist

There are two ways for an Outside Contractor to complete the Engineering Checklist.

First select the link in the Email.

This will open in a new tab or window with two options. To complete the Checklist online select Complete Engineering MOC Checklist Online and select the Next Button .

Select the appropriate answers, verify with your initials, enter the Date Verified (or select the Stamp Icon to add your Initials and the current Date), and select the Save Icon .

To upload a completed Checklist select Upload a Completed Engineering Checklist , select a file to upload, enter your name in the Your Name field, select the checkbox under Certification, and select the Next Button to upload the completed Engineering Checklist.

After uploading the Engineering Checklist, a confirmation page loads.
