To publish an Inspection 
to the right of the Inspection.
Select the OK Button 
to confirm you want to publish the Inspection.
The Inspection Template list refreshes and shows the Inspection has been published.
Note: You must have Plant Administration Level permissions or greater to publish Inspection Templates.
