Incident Investigation Team Leader Signoff Reset

To reset an Incident Investigation Team Leader Signoff, select the Reset link in the Signoff/Certifications section at the bottom of the Incident Investigation page.

This will clear the Certified By, Date Certified, and Signoff columns. It will also remove the Certified alert at the top of the page and allow the Incident to be edited.
