To sign off as the Team Leader of an Incident Investigation, select the Sign-off link in the Signoff/Certifications section at the bottom of the Incident Investigation page.
The Signoff/Certifications section will now display that the Investigation has been Certified. There will also be an alert on the top left side of the page indicating the Investigation has been Certified.
Note: After and Incident Investigation has been certified, the following alert will be displayed: This Incident Investigation has been certified by the team leader and is now read only. To make changes, you must reset the certification in the 'Signoff / Certification' section at the bottom of the page.
