The Equipment Inspection History Report is an Excel Report that lists all of the Inspections completed for each piece of Equipment. The report includes the Equipment Title, Inspection Date, Inspected By, and Inspection Title information.
To run the Equipment Inspection History Report, select Maint. Records / Inspection 
at the top of the menu. Then select the Equipment Inspection History Report Button 
.
Choose to download or open the report.
Note: This report is an Excel file, you will need Microsoft Excel to open/adjust.
