To add Instrumentation and Safety Systems select the Add Instrumentation & Safety Systems Icon right of the Instrumentation and Safety Systems Title.
This will open the Add/Edit TOS Item window. You can select an Item Type or enter in manually in the Field. Fill out the remaining Fields and select the Save Button 
.
The TOS refreshes and the Instrumentation and Safety Systems you added will now be displayed.
