When you choose Create Online Submission Type 
you use the website to enter your Technical Operating Specifications.
To add the TOS Equipment select the Add TOS Equipment Icon 
.
Enter the Equipment Title in the Title Field or select the down arrow next to 
and select an existing Equipment description. Fill out the remaining Fields and select the Save Button 
.
After saving the TOS Equipment the TOS refreshes and displays the Equipment information.
