There are three TOS Submission Types. When you choose Create Online 
you use the website to enter your Technical Operating Specifications. You can also add the Function at this time.
After saving the TOS with the Function you can then add the TOS Equipment and the Instrumentation and Safety Systems.
Add TOS Equipment
To add the TOS Equipment select the Add Icon 
.
Enter the information and select the Save Button 
.
To Add the Instrumentation and Safety Systems select the Add Icon .
Enter the information and select the Save Button .
You can add as many items as you need to the TOS Equipment and Instrumentation and Safety Systems Sections.
