Approve Process Safety Questionnaire (PSQ)

To approve a Process Safety Questionnaire, select Edit the Proc. Safety Quest. from the Actions box.

Then select Mark Complete from the Actions box.

This will open the Approve Safety Review window. Enter Comments and select the Approve Button .

Now the Proc. Safety Quest. (PSQ) has a green checkmark in the Requirements box.
