ID The ID Column lists the Incident Investigation number that is assigned by the system or by the User
Title The Title given when the Incident Investigation was created
Team Leader/Member The Team Leader and Members working on the Investigation
Type of Release The type of release that occurred
Incident Date The date the Incident occurred
Injuries/Damage Any damage or injuries caused by the Incident
View Select the View Icon to view the Incident Investigation
Edit Select the Edit Icon to edit the Incident Investigation
Print Select the Printer Icon to print the Incident Investigation
Delete Select the Delete Icon to delete the Incident Investigation
